She’s served as Chairwoman for the Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Centre in Wheeling, Illinois, for 25 years, and as the founder of the Hippocratic Cancer Research Foundation, partnered with the prestigious Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center at Northwestern University in Chicago. Eleni is also actively involved with Little City in Palatine, Illinois, and Maryville Academy in Des Plaines, Illinois.
