We are beyond excited to announce that the remarkable Lyric Tenor Akis Kalmoukis will be gracing our stage with a live performance at the 10th Anniversary Wings to Cure Gala!
Born and raised in Tripoli, Akis is a graduate of the Department of Music Studies at the Ionian University, specializing in Opera. He has dazzled audiences in roles such as Rodolfo in "La Bohème" and the Duke in "Rigoletto," showcasing his incredible range and artistry. His voice brings beauty and depth to every performance, making each moment unforgettable.
Akis has captivated audiences as a soloist at prestigious events, including the 2024 Olympic flame ceremony and TEDxKlonatzidika 2023. Since summer 2021, he has been collaborating with the "Symphony Orchestra Mikis Theodorakis," touring and sharing a diverse repertoire that resonates with passion.
